Responsibilities
1. Garment Construction:
Bring designs to life by constructing high-quality garments according to detailed patterns, measurements, and customer specifications.

2. Pattern Making and Alteration:
Develop, modify, and adapt garment patterns for custom orders and ensure precision in sizing and fit.
Perform alterations on garments to meet specific customer needs, ensuring a perfect, tailored fit every time.
3. Fabric and Material Management:
Select appropriate fabrics, threads, and accessories that align with design specifications and ensure durability.
Accurately cut and handle materials, minimising waste while maintaining quality.
4. Quality Control and Assurance:

5. Team Collaboration:

What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
Proven 3 years experience as a tailor, garment maker, or similar role within the fashion industry.
Strong technical skills in garment construction, sewing, pattern making, and fabric cutting.

Develop unique and innovative designs, sketching initial ideas and refining them into detailed illustrations or digital designs.
Research global fashion trends, fabrics, colours, and themes to inspire original designs and maintain the brand’s competitiveness in the market.
Fabric and Material Selection:
Source high-quality fabrics, trims, and other materials that meet design requirements, ensuring that choices align with aesthetic goals and budget constraints.
Work closely with suppliers to secure materials that support the vision for each collection and conduct tests for durability and suitability.
Pattern Development and Technical Specifications:
Create precise patterns or collaborate with pattern makers to transform designs into production-ready templates.
